3. Content Approval

Priority Media reserves the right to moderate, approve, or reject any content that is inappropriate, unsafe, offensive, copyrighted, political, or violates platform guidelines.

4. Safety Responsibility

Participants must take their photos and videos safely without obstructing metro operations, public movement, or risking personal harm. Priority Media is not responsible for injuries or violations of public rules.

5. No Paid Compensation

Being featured on LED screens or social media does not guarantee monetary compensation unless explicitly part of a declared contest.

6. Contest Conditions

Contest once announced, Winners are selected based on creativity, engagement, or poll results. Priority Media’s decision is final. Prizes, if awarded, are non-transferable.

7. Data Usage

Any data collected via QR codes or forms (optional) may be used for campaign analytics, insights, and audience research. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

8. Campaign Changes
